Constitution

Purpose

The major purpose of SRCEA shall be the improvement of preparation programs for educational administrators, and the advancement of best practices in those programs as well as in the field. In accomplishing this purpose, the SRCEA shall seek to promote research and the exchange of ideas common to professors, students, administrators, and other educational leaders.

Organization

Membership: Membership shall be open to professors, students, and other persons interested in the improvement of preparation programs for educational administrators and the advancement of best practices in those programs as well as in the field.

Meetings

An annual meeting of the SRCEA shall be held in the fall of each year. Special meetings shall be held when deemed necessary by the membership.

Operation

The affairs of the SRCEA shall be administered by a Board of Directors comprised of individuals as stated in the most current revision of the SRCEA Bylaws. The Board of Directors will operate the organization in accordance with the requirements of the most current revision of the SRCEA Bylaws.
